Light, bright, and clean Key West Style cottage back house nestled in the historic heart of downtown West Palm Beach. A quaint and quiet street steps from a beautiful park (dog park/playground/tennis). Located close to everything (beach, shopping, dining.) Fully equipped with a kitchen, a queen bed master suite with large closet, laundry room, dinette, living room with HD TV, and private outdoor dining with grill.

Adam’s cottage was super clean and well equipped. He and his family live on the property, but the cottage is fully fenced in, secluded and private. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The location is ideal- an easy walk to the Norton Museum, Kravis Center and City Place with a large park ( perfect for walking the pups) at the end of the street. One thingy to keep in mind- the cottage is tiny. We found it a bit cramped for a two week stay, but Adam and his family made us feel very welcome!

The cottage was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to many places and we enjoyed Adam’s recommendations in regards to restaurants. Adam was super helpful with our requests. Perfect for a couples vacation.

The cottage is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood of West Palm that is a very special place. The cottage is bright and beautiful with an enchanting garden and Adam has thought of everything to make one's stay comfortable and easy and it was spotless. We our especially grateful that our fur kids are welcome and they were so content. Our best friends just moved to Palm Beach and we plan on returning time and again when available.
