Self check in with key pad. You will receive access codes and instructions around 12pm on the day of your arrival.
Front steps are present and required to enter. Guests have private entrance and access to entire unit with the exception to the maids closet. Your unit has a small private back deck. You may also enjoy the front patio with outdoor seating. Shared spaces include outside yard areas, parking and walkway to the front of the house. Use the pedestrian gate to access the property if you’re not parking a vehicle.
Guests may use the streaming apps on the smart tvs by logging in to their personal accounts. Please don’t forget to log out upon checking out.
Parking:
Only one vehicle per reservation is allowed inside the gate. Parking inside the drive-through gate is on the gravel pad:

➤ Side B parks on the right (You are side B)
Large vehicles should park on the street rather than inside the gate, as parking inside the gate is limited.
Both doors of the gate must be opened manually to drive in. Pull up to the trash cans and close the gate behind you after parking.
Please ensure enough space is left for other guests to park—be courteous when positioning your vehicle. Do not park on the grass.
Additional vehicles must park on the street, directly in front of the property. Only one extra vehicle is allowed for street parking per reservation.
Other Details to Note:
Our home is in an up and coming neighborhood and in close proximity to street traffic, bus stops, Nashville Fire dept, and other local businesses, there is potential for noise.
**Both units in this duplex are short term rentals so there is a chance you may hear other guests next door.
***Parties or events are not allowed. No extra guests. No pets, no smoking or vaping of any kind. If you smoke anything (weed, too) there will be a $250 charge.

The host was very responsive, which was great. The coffee was nice and the TVs were easy to use. The gate was awkard at night when it was hard to find the slot for the pole but did provide privacy. The noise at night was too much between the furnace (which house noises can always be a problem in a new location), the pump (or something like that), and the engine running next door. Much louder in the second bedroom than the first. The location was nice and convenient for all the places we needed to go.

We stayed in Madison to be outside the crowd of Nashville. It was a short drive to every thing we did in Nashville. From downtown to broadway to Opry land. The neighborhood was a little suspect. But the actual place inside the gated fence and the presence of cameras gave a some good security. My only negative was not much space to park. It was a rainy weekend and parking on the street gave you wet feet getting in the car. The Host was easy and readily available. Simple in and out. Overall I’d give it a 4. The house was cozy. But honestly we were only there to sleep and shower. We did uber a couple days and it wasn’t expensive and Ubers were just minutes away. If or when we come back to Nashville. We would stay here again.

Would help to have a toaster, just a minor detail other than that the home was pleasant and comfortable. The neighborhood was a bit off putting. Was not comfortable to walk in.
