About this house rental

Awesome one-level living with Bonus Room & half bath upstairs. Centrally located in the heart of St. B near hospital, shopping & restaurants. Open floor plan, split bedrooms, 2 covered porches. Lovely hardwood/laminate flooring, granite counters, stainless appliances, trey & vaulted ceilings w/ceiling fans, Gas-log stone FP, tile baths & more!

Provides 3 Private Bedrooms - 1 Master Bedroom with Private Master Bath. 2 Other bedrooms with shared bathroom. Large Bonus room for relaxing and movies or office space. Located right next to St Bethlehem Civitan Sports Complex with accessible foot paths to park.

Guest will have access to all areas on the house except the upstairs attic space and garage.
