SOL AND SEA - apartment inserted in the High House of Santo António. It is a 1 bedroom apartment, consisting of bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Terrace outside with sea view. It occupies the southern part of the middle floor of the house.
The Sol e Mar Apartment is part of the 'Alto de Santo António' house.
The house 'Alto de Santo António' is a family villa, recently restructured and remodeled for local accommodation. It consists of 4 independent apartments with quality living conditions.
The following apartments are part of this complex:
Azul Mar (Ground floor), typology T2;
Sol e Mar (1st South), typology T1;
Verde Mar (1st North), typology T1;
Star Sea (2nd Full floor), typology T0, open space.
These apartments can be rented singly, or in combination with one of the other apartments, for larger groups (the whole house can accommodate 10 people).
The place is quiet and very close to the beach and some good restaurants.

We found this apartment extremely difficult to find with the directions given. We had to ask help from locals to find it.
Perhaps it would have been easier if we had a GPS with us for directions. Once found the apartment was great, very quiet, had all we needed (other than a corkscrew for the wine). A lovely area to visit.

Hello, we had a very good time at this location. The hosts were very very kind and made a great atmosphere. The appartement had a wonderful view to the sea and the waves. Banana trees everywhere, typical atmosphere and smell of flowers. Thank you for this wonderful stay at your place. Wish you all the best!

The apartment was perfect for what I needed which was a mini retreat for myself. I wanted a place I could cook and be home from home and this was exactly that. It was perfectly in walking distance of the beach and also a local market and healthfood shop. Walking west took me to a beautiful beach where I got to watch the sunset.... it is my version of paradise. Highly recommend this place. I am already planning a return trip!

The house has everything you need.
The reception was warm.
The location is perfect, for those who want to discover the beautiful island of Madeira, the most beautiful place we have ever visited.
