Apartment in Rincon

Overall, this property offers good value for the price. The location is excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the town center all just a short drive away. Having dedicated parking was also very convenient. The only improvement I would recommend is regarding the air conditioning. The apartment relies on a single split AC unit, which was not sufficient to cool the entire space. The air did not adequately reach the second bedroom or some areas of the apartment. Adding another AC unit, or installing a larger one with greater cooling capacity, would make the stay much more comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. The ladies working there were especially kind and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Great service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Great location, spacious, comfortable bed

I was here for a wedding in Rincon and this apartment was very close to the beach. I got my own soap and shampoo because the one that was provided was not that great and I was not going to argue about it. The air-conditioning is only in the bedroom, but it does the job if you are just using this as a place to crash and then explore the rest of the place. It is a good location. The owner is very responsive and super helpful. I forgot my sweater and they were kind enough to help me out and give it to my friend.

For the price you honestly can’t get anything better. Great area above a restaurant with delicious food. Walking distance to the beach. No complaints.
