All was good. Only complaint is the awesome tv in den needs better instructions for local use. Everything was top notch.

The property is in an excellent location (especially if you truly want to relax and be away from the major crowds). The home was practically spotless and offered TONS of towels. The home is spacious and nicely decorated for a beach town feel. The golf cart was a SWEET bonus! We enjoyed driving to The Hub in it. Communication needs some work. Although we had no major problems, it took several days to receive a response for receipt of payment. The lights did not work on the gold cart and we never got a response.

This is a very nice property with a good location. However, if you are looking to hang out in either pool, which was one of my primary reasons for staying here, you’d better not plan on having anything other than a bottle of water in your hand. I had a Yeti cup with nothing even poured in it yet and was immediately approached by a man and was told my cup was not allowed in the pool with me or even on the edge. When I sent a message to the host inquiring about any sort of pool rules not being stated before or during my booking, she never ever replied. I never heard from her again. We were there 5 days. Other patrons were furious and had the same issues throughout our stay. If these are your rental communities rules, you need to be upfront about it. We are responsible adults and we should all be able to enjoy our vacation. On top of it all, on another day, it barely started to rain and the same so called “security” made everyone leave the pool area entirely. They are not lifeguards or official professional security but were still able to harass everyone when it was obvious they just didn’t want to work that day anymore. Prominence is a nice community with what could be a nice amenity.
