About this apartment rental
POSHPADZ since 2006 a name you can trust. All of the surfaces in our POSHPADZ Properties are cleaned with Anti-virus cleaners which kill 99.9% of viruses for 24 hours. "Villa Playa Blanca" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located 600 meters from the sand of Jupiter Beach. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and offers a large screened in balcony with lovely views of Carlin Beach Park which is located just across from Jupiter Beach. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the private balcony! The community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community pond. This property has been fully renovated & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. Both bedrooms will offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location! Please note: all POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags. **PLEASE NOTE: *All arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150.00 late night check in fee due upon arrival as per rental agreement.
*All arrivals & Departures on 12/24-12/25-12/31-1/1 will be subject to a $150.00 holiday check in convenience fee due upon arrival- No exceptions.
Please note: Trucks, RVs, Vans or any commercial vehicles are not allowed in this community. There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed. POSHPADZ does not take responsibility for the cost of towing.

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, and met all our needs. We booked same place for next year. That says it all. Posh padz was responsive to any requests.

WThe location couldn’t be any better. You can walk to grocery store, surf shop and some restaurants. Very close to drive to many more. Directly next to a walking trail and a short walk to Carlin park. Great to walk to the beach for sunrise or sunset.
The condo had everything we needed for a family or 4, we had a cooler, towels, chairs and umbrella.
You can eat outside on the outside patio and relax on the couches.
Our only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the condo was hot at night. We put the air lower, but it was still hot for our family. We woke up sweating every night. After our stay we brought it up to the owners and they suggested it was cause we were from
Connecticut where’s its 50 degrees.
There are fans in living room, but not in bedrooms. Just something we wanted to mention since apparently there was nothing wrong with the air according to owner.

Great location, beautiful walking park
direct behind condo. Complex has nice
pool and spa with attached restaurants.
Only drawback second
bedroom has very little storage for clothes.
