Entire Modern House With King bed and 65in TV

Very nice property. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for our needs. Very clean and close to everything. We were all so happy they had TV’s in every room - HUGE PLUS! We will stay here again.

This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with a vacation rental. When we arrived, the house was in terrible condition: the floors were dirty, the windows were disgusting, and the overwhelming smell of marijuana throughout the home was unbearable. We contacted the owner right away and were met with defensiveness. Eventually, someone was sent out to “clean,” but it was a half-hearted effort at best. They sprayed something to try to mask the odor but didn’t truly clean the property. We couldn’t even check in right away and had to leave for hours while this was being addressed—no update was given when it was supposedly “ready.”Later that night, things got even worse. Over 100 teenagers came to the house looking for a party that had taken place the night before. There were fights, people jumping on our cars, and eventually the police showed up, blocked off the street, drew their guns, and brought in K9 units. It was terrifying and completely unacceptable.The owner did call to apologize—but then offered us pizza. We asked to leave early due to the circumstances, but they refused unless we paid a cancellation fee that cost more than half the stay.To be fair, once (partially) cleaned, the inside of the house was decent. But the outside is totally neglected and clearly a hotspot for constant parties. Multiple neighbors told us they hate the house because there are always problems.This place nearly ruined our trip. I would absolutely not recommend this rental to anyo

It was a nice place

The inside was great, but the outside was not maintained. Knowing that many Californians don’t water their lawns, someone could’ve at least kept the weeds mowed down. The stones to the backyard were just sitting on the top of the ground, making them unstable.

Clean. Big. I would stay again. They do need a more comfortable bed though.

This property is so clean and furnished really well. The couch was quite comfy to just chill out on and the bed was great. I’m sure the other one was too but I only slept on one. Everything was straight forward as far as rules and check out process. It was very comfortable and quiet. The backyard area is huge! Even though it was just me this property would be perfect for multiple people as it’s a decent size. I did see reviews about the neighborhood being older which it is but that’s typical of Carmichael neighborhoods and I felt safe and relaxed.I did have to depart early for a personal reason but would book a stay here again for sure.
