This wonderful luxury condo home is sure to please with new GE washer and dryer, new stainless counter depth refrigerator, custom maple cabinets, granite counter tops and tile throughout. The resort is one of the finest on Maui. Amenities include Heated pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, putting green onsite property manager, onsite restaurant/bar, and activities desk. Barbeque facilities and putting greens also on site. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays. On-site activity desk is ready to schedule your every desire while on your trip. Although Luau's are recommended to be booked prior to travel.
The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

This unit was wonderful. I was there for my sons’s wedding for a week and at the time I decided to get this first floor unit for easy access to the beach and pool. I was not disappointed. It was updated and was very clean. The sunset views from sugar beach are stunning. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay totally worry free.

Overall, the stay was okay—I bumped it up to “good” mainly because the price was very reasonable. There were a few things that made the experience a bit tedious, like having to keep the doors open while the dryer was running, and the vent for the dryer was actually in the shower, so lint would fall down while we were trying to use it. The floors also weren’t very clean; after walking around inside, our feet turned black. We also felt a bit anxious about the towels, since the listing mentioned we’d be charged if even one was accidentally misplaced.The place worked for what we needed, but those small details definitely affected the overall comfort.

The pool and hot tub are great and very easy to access. The views are stunning. And the grounds are kept incredibly clean and groomed.

Had we not had an issue with our shower draining (or not, as the case was) we would have had a pleasant stay. We received a text when we were in flight to Maui stating that the housekeeper found the shower draining a "bit" slow and that it would be fixed as soon as possible. We checked in on Monday March 13 and were told a plumber would be out Tuesday after 2 to fix the issue. In the meantime, we are showering in water over our feet which is highly unsanitary but we deal with it. Well, 2pm came and went with no plumber or communication from the property management. Finally, we received a response to our 2nd text Tuesday night stating we would be first on the list Wednesday. This makes 3 days’ worth of showers with water up over the top of our feet. The response from management wasn't one of compassion but of excuses as to why it took so long to get it repaired. This put a real damper on our entire stay with this facility. I would not recommend simply because there was absolutely no customer service. Otherwise, as the title states it was a nice unit with visually appealing grounds and a decent beach within very short walk. They have a nice-looking pool area which we did not use as well as a cool BBQ spot for groups (or individuals) to use.
