We highly suggest that all clients look into a 3rd party travel insurance policy that covers your flight(s) and the property rental costs in case of any unforeseen emergencies...We want all parties to be protected and although our side has been VERY fair in the past & present with clientele, we also feel this is a responsibility of the end user as when we travel we protect our vacation and expenses through these means so it's duly justified. There's many options available and most our at a minimal expense.
In addition, our holiday policy is as follows, Christmas and New Years Eve can not be booked together without booking a minimum of 14 nights and/or we will not allow less than 7 nights for either taking Christmas and/or New Years Eve and we require a departure for a Christmas booking not past the 29th unless New Years Eve is already booked. Furthermore for a New Years Eve booking, we do not allow an arrival before the 27th unless Christmas Day is already booked. For clarification please ask before performing an "instant booking" or you may be required to cancel.

Very nice place and the staff is great. Brandon communicated very well and everything was accurate. I will be staying here again. They even accommodated me for a late check out free of charge. You can’t go wrong with staying here

Absolutely stunning condo and spectacular views of all of downtown Cabo. Close to downtown walking and Marina.
This condo is the only one with another balcony to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather. Loved coming back to refreshing pools at end of day from Medano Beach. Having access to the gym was a plus and little market at the end of the hill. Special thanks to everyone who made this vacation go smoothly. Brandon for checking in on us to ensure we had everything and our driver Mauricio who was on time and assisted with luggage etc. We rented a car and that was helpful in exploring the area and getting over to San Jose. You have a designated parking spot and elevators to get to condo. This is a private gated upscale community and we felt safe and secure the entire time. Coming back soon.

The condo it's exactly as pictured. It is right outside of the main city area in a quiet, upscale, gated community that is close enough to have access to everything but just far enough to still be peaceful. The view is absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and at night. One of the property managers came to personally check us in on arrival and get us settled in. He was very personable and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous with comfortable beds and the common area was spacious with room for our two older children and us to move around without anyone feeling crowded for the 6 days of our trip. Our unit overlooked one of the swimming pools, which was great too. It was quite simply a lovely stay.
