Apartment with balcony inside a residential complex with shared swimming pools and large green spaces, located in Sirmione.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, and welcomes guests with a living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV and an open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and American coffee machine; through a French window it is possible to access the private balcony with outdoor table and chairs, overlooking the garden of the residential complex.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed with an attached wardrobe.
The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine.
The shared swimming pools are open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.
