The house was very nice, but we did have several issues. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and appliances were well equipped and the house included additional circulating fans and bathrooms and showers were very nice. The host also allowed us to bring our pets with no issues. Now the problems, the back yard was overgrown and full of sticker weeds. The backyard is also not enclosed, so allowing the pets into the backyard did not happen. I reported issues with the backyard, the ceiling fan in the living room and a cleaning issue with one of the bathrooms behind the toilet. The cleaning crew came by and cleaned on the fifth day, the lawn maintenance never showed up even after complaining four separate occasions, and the maintenance guy came by on day 6 to look at the ceiling fan. Also be aware that there are only two parking spots and the water hose in front of the house is broken and the hose is taped. All in all a nice house, property management failed with addressing issues ins timely manner or not dealing with the yard at all. Nice house overall, just property issues.
