Sirena Bay Estate is located in the heart of Willemstad. Fine dining at your doorstep and the vibrant city center just a short walk away—yet once you arrive at the Estate, you’ll find yourself in a private oasis of peace and tranquility.
The Estate is made up of several historic, character-filled buildings, set within expansive, lush grounds that instantly feel like home.
The entire estate is reserved for you and your guests - creating a private Caribbean experience without compromise.
We offer 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, for up to 20 guests. An ideal setting for sharing and creating memories with family and friends who will enjoy the private beach and the spacious swimming pool in peace and privacy. Our team is happy to arrange a Private Chef, airport transfers, private boat trips, yoga lessons and many more for you.
Location
This distinctive address right in the heart of Willemstad, offers luxury, space, peace and privacy. Within walking distance you will find several cocktail and wine bars and some of the best restaurants of Curacao. More than 10 excellent restaurants are within 2 blocks from the Estate. The world famous Emma Bridge and the lovely UNESCO recognized architecture of downtown Willemstad is less than 10 minutes on foot. The popular and trendy Pietermaai district, famous for the best jazz bars and live music, is just 5 minutes away by foot.
In the ocean in front of the estate you will find beautiful ancient coral, which is perfect for diving or snorkeling. You can enter the ocean by the stairs on our beach. Next to our estate is a small protected bay perfect for smaller children to play in the ocean with sun beds, a beach bar and restaurant. Curacao is famous for her many hidden sandy bays and beaches, there are so many places to enjoy a beautiful day!

Sirena Bay Estate is a private estate for up to 20 guests, featuring several historic buildings centered around the pool and beach, each with its own charm and privacy. The entire estate is exclusively yours—no shared spaces or other guests. Bedrooms are prepared based on double occupancy and according to the estate’s layout, with our base rate covering up to 10 guests (5 bedrooms).
For example, a booking for 12 guests includes 6 prepared bedrooms, while unused accommodations remain closed. On request we can add extra rooms if you prefer single use ($214 / night per room)

• Daily Housekeeping & Cleaning Service
• Ice cube machine
• Honesty Bar (self-service fridge with drinks –payment based on consumption)
• Bed linen (refreshed every 5 days) & towels (refreshed every 3 days)

We are 15 friends who travel together yearly. Sirena Bay Estate was chosen by our group September of 2025 as it can accommodate up to 20 people with 10 bedrooms. We did use all of the bedrooms in the Estate. The House Manager Wolf made sure everything was ready for us, from transportation to and from the airport. He went out of his way to make this a once in a lifetime experience We chose to have a personal chef prepare 2 dinners and breakfast for our group, we should have chosen to do more. The chef’s presentation was outstanding as was the taste! The estate sits on a beautiful part of the island. Views are stunning and breathtaking. Housekeeping was there every day to keep the Estate clean. We felt very safe as they have a guard on duty from 9:00pm to 7:00am, the estate does sit on the beach. You have many choices for chilling in the sun, from the beach, pool, gazebo in the shade to gazebo on the dock. They have an “honor bar” for water, soda, beer, wine etc, reasonably priced. Pool cabana with two toilets and a shower, extremely clean. Beach/Pool towels are provided. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance, or stumbling distance… haha.We’re talking about a return in a few years, next year we’ve already chosen a Mediterranean Cruise.To Karen, Kelly and Wolf.Thank you for your time and support in this memorable trip.

What a sublime facility. We rented the entire compound for a week over New Year's for a family birthday celebration. The cluster of buildings surround a pool and outdoor loungers overlooking the ocean and sunsets and that are all private and out of view from any neighbors. Truly a magical setting. And located in a vibrant neighborhood, full of restaurants and shops, you feel connected to the island rather than being in an all-inclusive resort. Strongly recommend adding the private chef for some meals, they were superb. The staff was attentive. And the bedroom windows all had insect screens! (which was necessary that time of year, the mosquitos on the island are ferocious).

The house was great! The winds were pretty high so we couldn’t snorkel off the private beach but it was still lovely. Easily walkable into town as well.
