About this house rental
This house is a 2800 square feet home desinged for friends and families that want to stay together and celebrate any kind of occasion. We put friends and family in mind when we were setting up this place. Wanted to give every guest in the group the comfort of sleeping in their own bed. There are three bedrooms and a common space that we put 6 (six single beds). We have set it up to sleep up to 14 guests. This house is exactly 20 minutes and not more than 25 minutes to and from the Airport. It’s also about the same time to the famous 6th Street district In Downtown Austin. We are also surrounded by a lot of shopping centers and lots of restaurants in the Pflugerville area. You are 15 minutes away from the upscale Domain shopping complex that has all the luxury outlets to do your shopping. Five minutes away is a water park. Most importantly, the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. We equipped our kitchen with all the necessities needed for a good home made meal when you are not busy exploring all the restaurants and bars in the area. There is also a margarita machine on hand to blend yout choice of flavor drinks. We have a huge back yard/ patio space for a good hang out and cook out. Stay in the entire house and enjoy all the space you need with your group. The only exception is the Garage. Master bedroom is more like a suite with a work space/ living area that you can use to keep up with your work schedule if the need arise.

Location was only 20 minutes from UT campus. House was in quiet neighborhood and lots of amenities all around the neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and house had everything we needed.

Great house, just as described! We had a group of 12, and were attending graduation ceremonies at UT, the house is about 25 minutes from the university, but with easy access to highway. It sure beats staying at a hotel especially with such a large group, the house is roomy, comfortable, and with plenty of beds. The owners went out of their way and provided an outdoor grill for our stay! Maybe we needed just a little bit more parking, since the garage was unavailable (the owner stated this on the description before renting the house), but really not a problem at all. We would definitely rent this property again! Thanks!

We rented this house for a mother kid weekend outing and it was great, beautiful house plenty of Room and close to town, quit neighborhood and the owner is super nice
