About this house rental
This bright, updated and clean beach-block home is located just 3 houses from the beach!! 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. This home is in the heart of Lavallette, within walking distance to many shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants. This home is behind another home, that is separated with a tall white fence for privacy (same as a next door neighbor). The home is a completely separate stand alone house from the front house. It has its own patio, grill, outdoor shower, parking etc. Lavallette is an amazing private beach with lifeguards. Beach badges are included. Enjoy a full kitchen, living room, dining room, spacious patio, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Come enjoy the beach and unwind! This house has everything you need for a perfect getaway week/family vacation!
Lavallette, NJ is a small Jersey Shore town that that is one of the best if not THE BEST one can vacation at. It has a beautiful wide clean ocean beach with a boardwalk that runs the length of the town at the ocean. Additionally, it has a large bayfront recreation area with fishing/crabbing piers, gazebo for weekly concerts, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, and two bay swimming beaches. The town has it's own small shopping center with restaurants, stores, pharmacy, etc. And the street this home is located on is a quiet, family friendly one that has great neighbors.

There are 4 bedrooms and a pull out couch/ sleeps 11 comfortably
- There is a first floor bedroom with a queen bed, a dresser and a closet for clothes
- 2nd bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and a closet
- 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and a closet
- 4th bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a dresser
- Two full bathrooms: 1st floor has standing shower, 2nd floor has tub/shower
- Central air and heat
- Open-concept eating/living room, TV
- Living room has a couch with a sofa bed
- Full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig, dishwasher

- Guests must provide their own toiletries and linens (sheets, towels, etc), their own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc) and their own cleaning products (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, windex, Lysol, etc).
- No smoking please!
- No pets allowed I’m sorry! My family has severe allergies to pet hair and cannot have any pets due this reason.
- Have day trippers coming down during your stay? The bay head train station is just 8 miles up Route 35 N and Toms River hosts a bus depot. Both from NYC and Newark.
- Walk to dinner, lunch, breakfast, ice cream, mini golf, arcade shops. The house was just steps from the ocean. It was clean. Check in was easy and communication with the host was no problem. I would stay there again

We rented this house to celebrate a birthday with a large group of family and friends and it was perfect for what we needed. The location can't be beat--just steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor seating area, which was large enough to accommodate our entire group plus day guests. The washer-dryer and dishwasher were great to have. The two bathrooms are very clean and seem recently updated. Very functional interior with space for everyone. Would come again!

Nice place, clean, owner very accommodating with check in....was disappointed in that pictures of furniture on VRBO were not the same as what was in the home, and couch and chairs were not comfortable. After spending all day fishing on the beach, there was no comfortable place to rest. Also, disclosure should be made that you are staying in a house behind the real house address listed....other than that, beds, kitchen and home were very nice....
