Very nice. We were very busy during the day away from the VRBO, so it very peaceful place to unwind in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable. Host, Chris, was very pleasant and to communicate with. Will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed staying there and will be staying again. I was in town for Dad's Weekend at UofA and it was a great location. The camper was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was enough room for my daughter to set up an air mattress and stay with me. Communication with the owner was great.

What a wonderful little adventure! The camper was excellently cleaned, well maintained, and stocked with everything you need for a short stay! The trails and landings a fun, exciting, and beautiful! If you are looking for a leisurely easy walk down to the river this may not be what you are looking for but it’s not bad at all and is super fun! I have had spinal fusion and am limited in mobility and was still able to make the walk down. It’s a quiet little retreat and I highly recommend it!

Trailer sits by itself far enough off the road you feel pretty much alone. The trailer has everything needed for your stay only need to bring food. If you choose to hike down by the river you will need a big can of OFF! We enjoyed our stay

Had a very pleasant anniversary stay at this camper! Was a lot more spacious than I thought from the pictures which was a bonus. The host was accommodating above & beyond. Location was perfect, less than 30 mins from the state park & mountains. Also close enough to Bentonville & Bella Vista to visit family!
Would stay again.

We had the best time. Saw beautiful colors. Went to a couple state parks and to the battlegrounds at Prairie Grove

This was a last min weekend trip. The unit was more than we could ask for, and the price was unbeatable! The host was very responsive. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was quite and spacious.
It's close to Devil's Den National Park which is why we rented this unit. Plenty of hiking and sight seeing to do. We will definately be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My mom and i just stayed overnight for a quick little getaway while she was visiting, but even for such a short stay at had a wonderful time. The camper was immaculately clean, and the host provides some essentials like toilet paper and small bottles of shampoo/conditioner, but also all the kitchenware you could need. He was really easy to get ahold of, and even went and turned the AC on in the camper a couple hours before check in so it was nice and cool when we arrived.
All in all it was a really great stay! Thank you so much!

We were visiting family in Prairie Grove and found this place only 12 minutes out of town. The camper was clean and spacious, and everything (lights, plumbing, refrigerator, heat, etc.) was in good working order. The bed was a pleasant surprise -- it was more comfortable than any of the hotels we stopped at (Kansas City, Tulsa, and Des Moines) during this trip. Slept like a log. We really enjoyed the sheltered patio area. Chris was a great host, would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Just as advertised. It was such a cozy spot in a natural setting. I walked the beautiful trails to the river each morning. It was quiet and peaceful and close enough to the University!
