A single-story summer house with high ceilings in the center of Bergen, accommodating 2 to 4 people. Tucked away behind a stately home that’s over a century old (1907), which is currently undergoing a complete renovation.

This spacious summer house is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The woods and dunes are a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is a 20-minute bike ride away.
The spacious living room with open kitchen offers plenty of room for everyone to relax or play. There are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The house is very bright and features 3.25-meter-high ceilings.

The house is well-insulated and equipped with central heating throughout, making it a comfortable place to stay even during the colder months.

This summer home is perfect for a vacation with family, friends, or grandparents near the sea, the village, and the most beautiful dune area in the Netherlands. The maximum number of guests listed in the ad is four, but there is also plenty of room for a baby crib.

The interior:
Large open living room with very high ceilings. Open kitchen equipped with a wide four-burner gas stove with a luxury range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker (Nescafe Dolce Gusto Genio 2), and a kettle.

Luxury bathroom with high ceiling: walk-in shower, double sink, toilet, and washer and dryer;

Two bedrooms, both with high ceilings:
The master bedroom: king-size bed (200 cm long & 180 cm wide) with a luxury EMMA mattress, nightstands with reading lamps on both sides, and more than enough closet space;
The second bedroom: a comfortable wooden bunk bed, both beds featuring a luxury EMMA mattress (90 x 200), a nightstand, a reading lamp, and a clothing rack.

The outdoor seating area features a luxurious dining table with four luxurious adjustable chairs, a two-person hanging chair with soft cushions, and a bench. If the sun gets too strong, you can use the electric awning.

From Bergen, you can easily take day trips to surrounding villages and cities:
- The Royal Palace on Dam Square in Amsterdam is a 50-minute drive away;
- The Zaanse Schans is a 36-minute drive away;
- The historic center of Alkmaar is a 13-minute drive away

All in all, this makes for a stay in beautiful Bergen that’s exactly what you’ve been hoping for.

The property is thoroughly cleaned between the check-out of the previous guests and the check-in of the new guests. This ensures that the property is spotless again at the start of your vacation:
- The property is thoroughly vacuumed using the Dyson V8 Extreme vacuum cleaner to remove as much dust as possible;
- Blankets and pillows are washed after every stay.
- The Emma mattresses are fitted with soft, anti-allergenic Emma mattress protectors, which go over the mattresses, between the mattress and the mattress cover;
- Windows are cleaned.

This way, at least in this regard, you’ll enjoy the ultimate vacation experience.
