New listing!! Welcome to our canal-front getaway! You will have dock and bay access, you can fish off of the deck, you can use the adjacent boat ramp to enter the canal and you are minutes from the beach! The perfect island escape awaits you at this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo!
This second-floor condo has breathtaking views!! When you enter the condo, you will instantly see the beautiful canal water views from both the living and kitchen areas. Step outside to your spacious and private deck where you will be able to relax with the peaceful white noise of the sea, listen to the seagulls in the air, and watch fish jump outside of the water. You will enjoy alfresco dining with string lighting as you gather with family or friends on the deck overlooking the expansive water views. You can walk down the stairs where you will have direct access to a fishing dock and you can even access your boat which you can park on the shared dock. Launch right off of the adjacent boat ramp right next to our property. There is a cleaning station available and a green light for night time fishing! You can even drop a line right from your deck to see if you can catch some fresh fish for dinner!
The tastefully decorated living room with a smart TV, sofa and two chairs, will invite you to relax and unwind as you sit in awe of the beautiful surroundings. We also have games for the whole family to enjoy!
The kitchen flowing from the living room will have everything you need to cook up your favorite dish as you look out the kitchen windows for those unbeatable views! Our family loves to cook, so this fully stocked kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs with our high-end Calphalon cookware and kitchen utensils. We provide basic spices, coffee for drip coffee, K-pods for the Keurig and cream!
This two-story condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. You will sleep in luxury in the king bed on the first floor of the condo with our lavish bedding and sheets. The primary bath is en-suite yet also accessible via the living area and has a tub/shower combination. You will enjoy your bath with spa-like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plush towels! In the master closet, you will find some extras - beach chairs, beach toys, ice chest, and even a baby seat that you can secure to a chair in the kitchen for family dining.
Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, one bath and the laundry area. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a bathroom located in this bedroom which gives this condo dual primary suites! This bathroom attached to this secondary primary suite has a walk-in shower with beautiful tile work. The secondary bath also offers spa-like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plush towels!
The third bedroom upstairs is a small, cozy room which is our fun, tiny bunk room with twin bunk beds - a perfect place for your little ones! This bedroom has a bean bag with a reading light for kids. This bedroom is small and perfect for little children but does not suit adults comfortably.
The laundry area is located upstairs and we provide complimentary laundry soap and fabric softener sheets for your convenience.
Directly across the street is Ulberg Park which features BBQ pits, a playground, a multi-station exercise course and a basketball court. Mustang Island is only two miles away for that fun beach day! There are plenty of activities to do at Goose Island SP or Lake Corpus Christi SP like Kayaking 101, a wetlands education tour, a catfish cove kayak cruise or the Junior Ranger Academy where your kiddos can become a Level 1 Junior Ranger! Head to the many restaurants, coffee or souvenir shops and entertainment options just minutes from the condo. You can visit the Corpus Christi Aquarium or spend your day visiting nearby Port Aransas! It is all just a close drive away!

Everything was awesome, just needed a new shower head upstairs and a better clean because there was hair like someone shaved. Be careful with leaving food out because there is mice or rats. We did see poop in the morning. Other then that it’s a beautiful spot and would definitely stay again if it will be better cleaned and wiped down

This was such a great space for the weekend for fishing. Great spot on the canal. The dock in the front of the condo is shared but on this particular weekend it was slow so we had the dock to ourselves. It was a good location. Close to restaurants and grocery store. We also went down to the beach for a day. The beds were very comfortable.
