Main House (2,800 Sq Ft): 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Features 2 Kings, 3 Queens, and 3 Twins to sleep 13 guests comfortably. Includes a massive new sectional sofa that easily seats 9+
Attached to main house(APT) (1,000 Sq Ft): 1 separate King Master bedroom, a private room with a Twin bunk bed, and a separate living area with 2 Queen memory foam sleeper sofas. Complete with a private coffee station, microwave, TV, and refrigerator.
Detached Game Room (1,200 Sq Ft): The ultimate hangout space featuring 3 large sectional futons (sleeps 3), pool table, air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, poker table, video games, and ultimate Sports/Movie Package in game room including every sports package imaginable (UFC PPV, MLB, NFL, NCAA, NHL, NBA. A dedicated workout area is located below in the garage.

Flexible Check-In/Out: Enjoy complimentary early arrival or late departure whenever scheduling permits—completely free of charge!
Pool Heating: The electric hot tub is heated complimentary. Optional gas pool heating is charged exactly at cost ($20/hour). The commercial heater raises the temperature 1–2 degrees per hour. Guests typically spend $60–$150 per day during colder months to maintain a comfortable 80°F.
About Your Host- I am Keith, your passionate short-term rental owner and host. I am also a local realtor in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and all nearby towns.

We have plenty of space separation from my neighbors, we use Minut sound monitoring system to verify only when I get the Rare neighbor complaint, in which guests have always agreed they were being excessively loud outside after hours. 10pm - 7am is the Phoenix ordinance.

We had an amazing stay here. The house was so big and so well set up that we ended up calling it “the compound” all weekend. It truly had everything we needed, including a game room, basketball courts, and mini golf. It felt like a big kid and little kid paradise.What really stood out was the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was already there, either in a drawer or sitting exactly where you would expect it to be. The place was clean, organized, and clearly very well cared for.The host was excellent throughout the entire stay. Communication was easy and responsive, and anytime I had a question he picked up the phone or got back to me right away. That made a big difference, especially with a larger group.We used the house for a bachelor party and it was perfect, but this place would work just as well for families or any large group. I even showed photos to my family afterward and they thought it looked amazing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and the host!

We had a big crowd and all had a blast. The property is centrally located and super convenient to shopping, airports and other activities and attractions. Super great communication and accommodating for us needing an early check in! We loved the property with so much to do, the pool and hot tub were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The boys say the putting greens are excellent. The back party pad is epic. We watched so many sports we had overload!! Ha. Thanks
