This home has three stories.
The main floor features a large kitchen, 2 half bathrooms, a TV/Living Room, Dining Room, a second TV/Living Room, and a large Master bedroom.
- The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, and walk-in closet.
- The Master bathroom features a walk-in shower, clawfoot bathtub, and a bidet.
The upstairs has 5 bedrooms, plus a bonus room with a pullout couch.
- The Gray Room (Bedroom One) features A queen bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
- The Pink Room (Bedroom Two) features: A queen bed, a large closet, and access to the Bonus Room with a pullout couch. Jack & Jill shared a bathroom with Bedroom Three.
- The Velvet Room (Bedroom Three) features: A king bed, a TV, and a Jack & Jill shared bathroom with Bedroom Two.
- The Blue Room (Bedroom Four) features A queen bed, a large closet, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom Five.
- The Animal Room (Bedroom Five) features: Two comfy Twin beds and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom Four.
There is a full laundry room on the top floor, equipped with a washer & dryer.
The downstairs:
- Main area features a large space with a couch, ping-pong table, and karaoke machine.
- The Tavern Room features a bar area, TV, pool table, and full bathroom.
- The gym has several workout machines, including a Peloton.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
- The backyard has plenty of space to rest, relax, and play.
- The covered back porch features a comfy outdoor sofa and rocking chairs.
- The grill area is also covered and features a grill and pizza oven.
- Relax by the pool in the lounge chairs, or play Bocci and horseshoes in the sand pit.
- There are security cameras on the home's exterior that rotate around the property, including the pool area.
Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.
A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.
IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.
Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.
Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.

Lots of space and bedrooms were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outside furniture could be updated or cleaned, inside furniture could use some updating but otherwise incredible spot.

The Wexford was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious, clean, and inviting the entire place felt. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities created a warm, homey atmosphere that made us feel instantly comfortable and relaxed.
The layout was perfect for our needs—plenty of room to spread out without feeling cramped. Everything was spotless, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to settle in and truly enjoy our stay. The living areas were cozy yet modern, the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals or just enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.
We especially appreciated the welcoming touches that made the experience feel personal and thoughtful. Whether relaxing in the living room, getting a great night's sleep, or simply enjoying the overall ambiance, The Wexford exceeded our expectations.
We genuinely enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable place to stay. We'd love to return in the future!

Great house! The service was great! We did not like that we could not control the A/C units. We contacted the management company, and they adjusted the temperature for us right away, but we like it cooler at night and warmer during the day. We would have appreciated more towels in the bathrooms. Otherwise, a fantastic house! The location was close to everything!

Property manager was very helpful in fixing the smoke alarms that batteries needed replacing, and the pool that was green the first day. HVAC on the first floor was on its last leg and was roughly 77 on that floor the entire trip, a little toasty.Overall this house has great bones for an STR, but it was obvious another renter had not been here in days/months, so the house was a bit unready for our stay. We had a great time and it fit our group of 12 well.
