This spacious home has 3 suite sized bedrooms with sitting area and desk, each with their own private bath.
The second floor has 2 of the 3 bedroom suites (King size with private baths with double sinks) and a Family room with a kitchenette, Island, Desk, Queen sleeper sofa, walkout terrace and full bathroom with double sink and soaker tub.
The main floor has the Queen bedroom suite, full bath, large kitchen with an island, dining table and a Livingroom. There is a kitchen walkout to the very private treed backyard with a dining and sitting deck with a hot tub and grill.
The Basement has some workout equipment and a full bath.
More than enough parking - 2 spots at the front and 4+ additional spots at the side of the house.
The location is ideal on a quiet street away from the activity of the main street yet still just 3 blocks from Queen St. - where you will find restaurants, pubs, theatres , shops, parks and the lake.

This home is lovely and was perfect for our group (3 couples). It was our first visit to NOTL, and the house was ideally located for walking around town. Bedrooms are spacious. 5 bathrooms! Kitchen was well equipped. Nice toiletry products in the bathroom. We enjoyed beautiful weather so sitting on the back patio with a cocktail was perfect in the evening. Dina was a delight to deal with. Would love to return sometime!

House was the perfect location for walking anywhere in the town and easy for bike touring around wineries. Would stay there again for sure.
