Primary Bedroom Suite: King bed, ceiling fan, dresser and mirror, workspace with desk and chair, Smart TV, Slider doors to balcony, ensuite bath.
Primary Ensuite Bath: quarts countertops. Single vanity with extra counter space, toilet.
Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Return guests from previous years please call Sea Coast Rentals in Surf City to make exceptions.
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.
Getting Around:
Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. The house was on the beach where you could hear the waves day and night. I believe our problem was mostly with the rental company. We found a site that said dogs were free but once called they said it was an error and that there is a dog fee. The site was then taken down. Then we asked about only charging one pet fee since our 2 dogs weighed 10 lbs together and they said no. We found dog hair in the beds,peanut shells and a dart in the comforters, dead bugs in kitchen and bathroom. Live ants in the kitchen. Was told EVERYTHING was an added cost…grill, chairs,linens etc. When I was booking the home, it said check in was at 4 pm and off season was 3pm. I called the day before to verify the time of arrival because the email that was sent said something totally different. Then the office told me that check in could be as late as 6pm and they would let us know when we could check in the day of. Very hard to plan a time to leave when you are given 3 different times that could be a possibility. Guess what? We left an hour later to make sure we could arrive and still enjoy the day we paid. Never received the text that I was told the day before I would receive. I had to call the 24/7 number and waited for a return call. But what was very disheartening was that they threatened you in charging you for everything if it wasn’t right. You WILL BE CHARGED if you enter the house without a text saying it’s ok and leaving on time,linens n deck furniture not right etc etc. loved the elevator!

House and beach location are better than pictures convey. Only minor gripes are that the master bathroom is dated and the kitchen countertops and sink (Corian?) seem oddly easy to stain. That said, the rest of the house and the very close (and very unobstructed view) of the beach were awesome. Would definitely stay again. One recommendation would be to add grab bars in showers; some elderly guests found the showers a bit intimidating.

Great time with the family. The elevator is a "big plus" since there are a lot of stairs and the kitchen, main, and living room are
on the top floor. The game room was great for the grandkids.
The ocean view is spectacular!!!

We stayed 10 days in early May. We were delighted by...
The view! Right on the beach. And the neighborhood was lovely. Even though houses are close together, we never felt it. And that part of the island is quiet. Felt like having our own private beach.
The house was clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable inside. Kitchen well appointed. And we appreciated that this was dog friendly.
For the price point, we were disappointed by...
Except for a high top table wth chairs, there was no deck furniture on either deck. Incredibly perplexing especially given this house is right on the beach. Thankfully recent reviews indicated this so we lugged camping chairs with us so we could sit outside. But really? Please splurge on a few Adirondack chairs.
A/C was not working on main floor when we arrived. It was fixed 2 days later.
No screens in any sliding doors except the sliding door off the living room. It was a constant battle with flies and bugs.
Blinds on all three sliding doors broken on first floor.
Glass door of shower fell in on my niece while taking a shower.
Description of house missing key items: beach toys, beach chairs, grill
This is on the high end of rentals on the island, so the disappointments were really disappointing.
