We spent two nights at this location. We were able to walk to downtown and the distillery district. Close by downtown and great restaurants.

5 stars on customer service alone!Travel tips:Parking is in the back. If you visit in winter then just use the key and not the keypad. WiFi is weak in the bedroom with the router.Review: It is a nice and simple set up. The neighborhood may appear “off” but I didn’t have any issues as a solo female traveler. Reach out and ask for anything they are really responsive and prompt which is “rare” for me as a seasoned VRBO traveler.

Had a great stay! Kevin was very communicative, helpful, and reasonable throughout the whole process. The place itself was cozy, clean, and felt like home. Will definitely stay again!
