Splendid apartment in Paris’ 16th arrondissement with panoramic rooftop views, air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms. Ideally located near many amenities and top Parisian restaurants.
The charming Haussmann-style entrance leads to an elevator. To reach the top floor, you’ll need to climb a few stairs. This modern, bright apartment is perfect for a comfortable stay for two. On the 6th floor, at the main entrance, to the right is a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a large bathtub, furnished with white lacquered furniture and pure white marble floors.
To the left of the entrance hallway is a bathroom with a shower, WC, wall-mounted dryer, and washing machine. Continue to the open kitchenette connected to the living room, which has a large corner sofa in leather and fabric. The living area is decorated with 1930s furniture and vintage pieces like a Louis XIV-style desk. The walls display various paintings and the floors are entirely white marble. Three large windows provide abundant natural light and a view of the Eiffel Tower.
The apartment has air conditioning for both heating and cooling. An elevator is available for your convenience, making access to the 6th floor easy; please note that a few stairs are required to reach the top floor. Internal stairs in the apartment have been removed for safety reasons.
Located near Place Victor Hugo, you’ll have easy access to local attractions. Explore nearby sights like the Arc de Triomphe. The Champs-Élysées, famous for luxury shopping and a vibrant atmosphere, are also close by.

We loved this place! Was wonderful, clean, excellent location! There are a lot of restaurants and lots of shops on that neighborhood! Host is excellent! Easy communication! Place is super clean, well organized and fully equipped! Very happy with this stay!
