Conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the Virginia Square metro (with easy access to all that Washington DC has to offer!), Clarendon, and Ballston shops, as well as vibrant nightlife, this enchanting abode offers the best of both worlds: a serene sanctuary and city excitement, all in one. An amazing kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, patio, and deck in a shady backyard, plenty of on-street parking and free Wifi complete the package for a perfect urban retreat.

Everything about this cottage was perfect for our trip. We had the pleasure of visiting the cottage and utilizing it as a spring board into DC, walked to the metro (.8 miles) and to our weekend event from there. The cottage has some unique (to us) amenities such as push button blinds... not something you necessarily see in Interior Alaska where we live. Communication was amazing, when a wicked storm passed through and reset the internet the hosts were on it to reach out and reset it. If youre looking for a getaway, place to spring board adventures, or just somewhere in the Arlington area I doubt there is a better location or host. 100/10 in our book.

The cottage was perfectly as described. The hosts were great with communication and were there to help with anything! It’s in a great location if visiting Arlington or DC area while ensuring you are in a quiet neighborhood. The complimentary snacks and toiletries were also much appreciated and such a sweet touch!
