We want you to know exactly what to expect before you arrive:
• Prime location: We're only 3 minutes from Universal and located on a busy road. Some traffic noise may be heard, especially in the front bedrooms. White-noise machines are provided for light sleepers.
• Parking: Up to 4 cars. The garage is not available to guests.
• Pool: Private and unscreened. Wind or rain may occasionally bring leaves or debris into the pool. It is professionally serviced weekly, and a pool net is provided.
• Outdoor cameras: Exterior perimeter only; operating 24/7.
• Maintenance: Weekly pool and lawn service may occur during your stay and cannot be skipped.

The host was great in terms of communication and information. The house is quaint, quiet, and very close to Universal. I would recommend.

We traveled to Orlando for our daughter's 25th birthday celebration. The home was very clean and a perfect spot for our hairless dogs that always travel with us. The location is just around the corner from Universal and an easy drive to Disney. The main home has plenty of room with 4 BRs and 2 baths, but we also rented the mother-in-law's quarters which gave our birthday girl and friends their own space. The pool and large backyard were a welcome plus. Genesis was extremely responsive and a pleasure to have has a host. We stayed during the week of Hurricane Helene when the humidity was extreme, and the a/c worked very well. Recommend this property for anyone visiting the Orlando area.
