The location also allows trips in Kurzeme with a short distance to the Baltic Sea to the bay of Riga as well as newly renovated traditional farmhouse small typical towns such as Talsi, Kuldiga, Dundaga, Kolka, Ventspils etc.

Although the weather was not fully as we had hoped for we enjoyed our stay at Una's from the first to the last minute: the silence, the view, the premises, the garden and--this one being really noisy--the cranes preparing for their flight south.
