The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: parasol, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Bathroom 3 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.

Vrsar. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property.
