About this apartment rental
The apartment is located 300 meters from José Menino Beach in Santos, in the state of São Paulo.
It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood—very peaceful!!
It features an orchid garden—a wonderful park—located just 100 meters from the apartment, with a large green space right next to the building!!
You can do everything on foot near the apartment, as there are restaurants, pizzerias, burger joints, grocery stores, the Miramar Mall, and a bakery with self-service food—everything you need for a long and comfortable stay!!
We also have the Emissário Submarino, which is 300 meters away and features a pier where you can take in the entire coastline of Santos and São Vicente!! It’s a breathtaking view!!
The Submarine Outfall hosts events and concerts every weekend!!
We have the Pelé Museum in downtown Santos!!
We have the Coffee Exchange, where you can sample all kinds of coffee and enjoy some delicious pastries to go with it!!
In the historic district, we have the famous tram ride where you can get to know the city of Santos better.
We also have the Santos Aquarium—a great option for kids!
We have the “Fountain of the Frog,” where kids have fun rollerblading, biking, and skateboarding.
Right next to Santos is our sister city, São Vicente, home to Morro da Asa Delta. You can reach the top by aerial cableway, and from there you’ll enjoy the most spectacular view of all the beaches in Santos and São Vicente.
