The gourmet kitchen is appointed with granite finishes and stainless steel Bosch appliances. Luxuriate in the four full bathrooms, each adorned with features like heated floors and steam showers. Additional amenities include multiple flat-screen TVs, an elegant dining area, and air conditioning for added comfort.
When you choose to stay at Cloud Nine at The Ritz-Carlton, you'll experience world-class hospitality and amenities. Take advantage of the Ritz-Carlton firepit pool, hot tub, bar, and fitness center. Additionally, the on-call Ritz shuttle provides convenient access to the lifts, while the ski valet ensures effortless handling of all your gear. During summer stays, a shuttle is available to transport you to the trailheads of some of the valley's most picturesque hiking trails.

- Bedroom One - Main - King bed, TV, built in desk space. Ensuite with walk-in steam shower, soaking tub, dual vanity, balcony access, no furniture
- Bedroom Two - Guest - King bed, TV, Desk space. Ensuite with walk-in shower, soaking tub, single vanity
- Bedroom Three - Guest - Queen bed, TV, ensuite with tub/shower combo, single vanity
WHAT WE LOVE
- Settling in at the Lobby Lounge, where you can experience fine dining in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Menus are seasonal and include standard pub fare with a Ritz-Carlton twist.
- Full housekeeping daily is included during your stay.
- Catching live music at Tavern on the Square while enjoying fine outdoor dining. The Square is within walking distance from the condo, and the Tavern menu includes excellent modern American dishes.
- Ritz-Carlton Concierge for assistance with Red Sky Golf access, restaurant reservations, grocery delivery, etc. for ease of planning ahead.
WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- Room service is not available. However, you may charge other Ritz purchases back to your room.
- Full housekeeping daily is included during your stay.
- Paid Valet parking available for up to two cars. Payment is collected directly at the Ritz-Carlton front desk. The Valet is open from 6:00am –11:00pm.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

Stayed with my adult family, 6 in total. The property has a great location. We ski and the Ritz ski valet at base of mountain in Lionshead together with shuttle service is amazing. We enjoyed Ritz property and its amenities including top notch gym, hot tub, and hotel lounge. Our unit (called Cloud Nine) was very nice and clean (good housekeeping) but the “mountain facing view” as advertised is not impressive, and we expected better. Also, the unit has terrible interior lighting. Even after you turn on the half dozen or so lights and lamps, it’s a dark unit. Overall, the Ritz experience made it a great stay.

The property is fantastic with beautiful amenities, including pool and hot tub. The condo is incredibly nice with spacious bedrooms and fully equipped in all ways. Unfortunately, the check-in process is a bit rough (delayed) and the promised ski rental discounts do not actually exist. Be prepared for these items if you decide to rent this condo.
