About this villa rental
This comfortable villa is located in Le François, an unquestionably ideal place to explore easily throughout the island. You can go as well in the beautiful white sandy beaches of the south as in the tropical rain forest of the north. The villa is located more precisely in the chic district of Cap Est, highly prized for its beautiful villas and picturesque landscapes. The Eastern Cape is also famous for its pretty beach of the hotel "Lagoon Resort" accessible to all. It is also an ideal place for kite surfing.
The villa consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- bedroom 1: 1 large double bed
- bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can be pushed together and an extra bed.
This villa will surprise you with its large volumes. You will often be on its terrace, typical of Martinican villas and a real place to live. You will taste your aperitifs, meals and barbecues while having a view of the garden, the refreshing swimming pool, and in particular the hammock straight from Guyana, waiting for you for a pleasant nap. Rest assured, whether you spent a sporty day or lazing around, you will savor your Ti'punch every evening in the swimming pool which is nicknamed in Martinique 'punch bin'!

We rented this house while we waited to get settled in our own home. I felt the kitchen had most things we needed to make meals ourselves and the toaster, microwave and hot water pot were nice amenities. There was ac and storage in all the bedrooms as well as an iron and ironing board and blow dryer. There was a washing machine available which was very nice for our extended stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the ac’s were cold. The pool was a really nice feature, although small, and was maintained at least twice while we were there. The homeowner was accessible and helpful the couple times we contacted her and also put a few snacks and pantry goods in the fridge/kitchen. I would recommend this rental to any friends or family coming to visit since it’s near our own home now and in the beautiful Cap Est area.

This is a charming cottage hidden away behind high walls with lots of privacy and its own pool for cooling down at the end of a long day. It is close to beaches and shops and surrounded by banana fields. The kitchen is well stocked and there is also a barbecue which is great because there are so many markets and food stalls nearby. Highly recommended if you want to get away from it all!

This is a lovely cottage tucked away with high walls and a private swimming pool to enjoy after a long day. It is close to beaches and shops and surrounded by banana fields. The kitchen is well-appointed and there is a barbecue which is great because there are lots of markets and food stands nearby. A beautiful place to get away from it all!

This cottage is very private, with high walls around it and its own swimming pool for cooling down after a long day. The location is ideal, near beaches and shops and surrounded by banana fields. It has a well-stocked kitchen and barbecue, which is very handy since there are so many markets and food stands in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to get away from it all!
