Brand New house 3 bedroom 2 bath Only 12 mints from UNC

Our home is fully furnished with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. We have a California King bed and two queen size beds. The king and one queen size beds are Tempurpedic​​. The other queen bed is pillow top. All the amenities one needs. Just make sure to check closets, drawers and cabinets for any amenities you are looking for or call us to help you. Our home can sleep up to 6 individuals. We also have a beautiful back yard with a beautiful trees and flowers. Our home is located next to Funflex center where you and your family and friends can swim, workout, play tennis, racket ball, exercise classes and much more. We are super close to coffee shops and grocery stores. We are ​about 5-minute​ drive from Centerplace of Greeley shopping center. Where you will find a ​Target, Best Buy​, Hobby lobby, TJmax, Ross, Japanese restaurant, chick-fil-a, Fish Tacos, Good Times and so much more. Our home is super close to I-25 making it easy to get to Loveland, Carter Lake, ​Estates Park, Longmont, Boulder, Denver, the airport and Fort Collins.

Lastly, we have a family of small birds that decided to make home on our front porch area where the cameras are located. We tried to help them get a new home but for some reason they kept returning. So we gave in. We clean after their poop but sometimes nature calls and we can’t be there all the time to clean it. If you are not comfortable with having this in a rental then please do not book our home. We are nature lover and will not be taking their home down again.
