About this house rental
"Pier Park Paradise" by Holiday Beach Rentals, is a beachfront home located on the West end of Panama City Beach. Just a short walk to some of the best shopping, restaurants and attractions in Pier Park! This beachfront home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with a private beachside pool, private boardwalk and stunning ocean views from every angle (including the balcony bed swings)!
Just inside from the pool deck on the first floor is a seating area with flat screen TV, pullout queen sofa bed, foosball table and full bathroom. It's perfect for hanging out inside while still having an open view of the pool and grilling area. The sliding glass door opens up to an 8x12 private pool and has surrounding lounge chairs, outdoor games plus an outdoor charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal).
On the second floor is the main living/dining/kitchen area. You can see the entire coastline from every window/glass door on this level with the open-concept Feng shui. There is also a full open-air balcony just off this space. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, dishware and utensils to accommodate everyone for all meals and the dining tables seat up to 12 people with an additional 5 at the eat-in bar. There are two bedrooms located right off of the kitchen which include a king bedroom and bunk room (the bunk room has a queen over queen and twin over twin set). The king room has its own private en-suite and the bunk room shares its bathroom with the main living space.
The top floor features a washer and dryer set as well as the remaining bedrooms of the home. On the beachside are two separate king rooms, each with their own private en-suites and a shared furnished balcony. The opposite side of this floor has a queen over king bunk bed with its own private en-suite as well.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
The Beach! "Pier Park Paradise" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:
Summer 2027: May 29, 2027 – July 31, 2027 (Saturday to Saturday stays)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Very nice place, exactly what was online. Very clean with an awesome beach view! Almost like having your private beach too! They were very easy to contact and responded quickly. The only issue we had was the dryer not drying, but when i contacted them, they had someone out within 2 hours to check on it. Very nice people to work with and we had a great time! We will be back next year and stay at another one of their properties (a bigger one, we will have more people then)!

House is beautiful! It was clean and kitchen was well supplied with what you need to cook with! The area it is located in is perfect! Not in the hustle and bustle of PCB but still a hop skip and jump from everything! The management company was on top of EVERYTHING! They never hesitated and if we needed something, they took care of it. Very impressed and we’ve stayed many places!

Only complaint was the entire beach front of the home was blocked off for “seagull nesting” and there was zero communication of this before, during, or after booking our stay (May 31-June 4th). I understand mother nature is inevitable however, it made it extremely hard to get to the beach with two small toddlers. We were able to walk off the wood platform about 10 feet into the sand and then had to turn left or right and walk about 50ft give or take before we could get around the barriers. I’m sure the staff had some sort of knowledge of this and I think it should be communicated to the guest prior or at least a warning when booking. Every single walk to and from the beach, we were aggressively flogged and pooped on by the “nesting seagulls”, again I know Mother Nature and they are protecting their nests BUT considering I was lugging two toddlers back and forth, I may have chosen something different. Property was great itself but I would have appreciated a heads up on the birds. You pay that amount of money to walk out on the beach. Not walk 50 feet down the beach while being attacked by birds and THEN set up for the day.

I could have gave this house a five star but there is no lights by the pool so when it’s dark outside it’s hard to have kids in the pool. The pool lights didn’t work either. Also the front door was hit or miss with unlocking so we always had to leave a door open so we could get back in. The kitchen is very well equipped which I loved.
