About this apartment rental
On the south coast of Lake Garda, tradition meets modernity. This beautiful flat is part of the 12-unit residential complex "Villa Colli Storici" and is located in the quiet town of Desenzano del Garda, less than one kilometre from the shores of Lake Garda.
The flat, in rustic style but finely furnished with exposed wooden ceilings, stone walls and large windows, is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is a small living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the flat Torretta there are two bedrooms are communicating and there are no doors separating them, an open shower and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. The property is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The outdoor area boasts garden furniture, a dining table and a parasol. In the spacious garden of Villa dei Colli Storici with its old olive trees there is also a shared swimming pool (open from June to October) as well as comfortable deck chairs. The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute walk away (300 m), and the closest supermarket is a 4-minute drive away (2,2 km). The beach, La Zettera, is 1,1 km away from the holiday apartment (a 15-minute walk).
The property has parking spaces.
A daily cleaning service is available for a fee.
The reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. During opening hours, the friendly staff is available and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
A car is recommended for travel.

Cons: Hinweise dienen lediglich als Ergänzung zur Beschreibung. Die Angaben waren teils nicht genau oder fehlerhaft.
Ein Schlafraum befindet sich in der 1.Etage ohne Bad und ohne räumliche Abtrennung, das Treppenhaus geht durch das Schlafzimmer hindurch, um in das Obergeschoss zu gelangen. In der obersten Etage befindet sich das
2.Schlafzimmer mit Dusche und einem WC mit Waschbecken. Der Turm mit allen Räumen ist nach oben vollständig offen ohne Abtrennung. Die p
PKW- Stellplätze sind nicht wie beschrieben überdacht. Es sind jedoch genügend Stellplätze auf dem Hof vorhanden.
Die Heizung im angrenzenden Heizungsraum brummt immer wieder laut.
Das Gebäude an sich ist sehr hellhörig.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr weit ab vom Schuss. Man benötigt immer das Auto oder kann auf den Bus zurückgreifen.

Pros: zeer aangenaam appartement met mooi tuintje erbij en zwembad. Alles werd ter plaatse correct geregeld door zeer charmante verantwoordelijke van de accomodatie. Geen enkele opmerking eigenlijk, integendeel. We vonden het een TOPverblijf!
