Rules
A valid government identification is due at the time of check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age or older, in order to book. As the primary book are, you are fully responsible for the actions of all of your guests and are responsible for any damages, resulting from any member of your party. Any violations of the documented HOA rules (no smoking of any kind, no pets, no hanging towels or clothes on balcony railing and nothing left outside the door in the hallway), will be passed on to the guest.
Always ware your pool band provided while on premises. (There will be a fee for lost or not left pool bands).
When using the air conditioner, please leave the patio doors and front doors closed. When lowering the air conditioner, please do not lower it more than 2° at a time to allow the machine to catch up properly with your requested temperature change. If the air conditioner is lowered below 67 degrees or is used with the doors open, it is possible that it will FREEZE over locking you out. if the unit freezes over due to inappropriate use, you will be responsible for any associated fees associated with an emergency air condition repair call as well as repair of the unit. There will be a $200 remediation fee if there is smoking of any kind within the unit, any false bedbug claims as well as any associated fees due to maintenance calls as well as any emergency, plumbing calls associated with use of any product other than toilet paper.
Please respect the fact that we live in a community with full-time residence. Quiet times a strictly enforced 11 pm- 8 am.
The Garage clearance in 6'6" Larger Are Permitted On Association Premises in the open lot across the street at a FEE. Please see the front desk for details.
A parking pass (provided) should be displayed on the car dashboard at all times when parked in the garage.
Unauthorized Vehicles Or Equipment May Be Towed At Owners Expense Without Further Notice
While we do our best to ensure that all amenities are functional for guests, occasionally things break or stop working for reasons beyond our control. Timely check ins help to allow time for any last minute issues to be addressed. If a problem arises with any amenity whether appliances, HVAC, or fixtures etc., during your stay, we must be notified immediately to arrange for repair or replacement. We will make every effort to make repairs as reasonably fast as possible. If a plumbing fixture or HVAC system fails making a stay untenable and cannot be repaired in a timely manner, we will attempt to rectify the situation as best we can. WiFi and streaming TV services are provided as a free service and may occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control from a 3.rd party vendor. Due to the area being close to the water, occasionally a thunderstorm may cause a power outage due to downed trees. We utilize pest control services to minimize bugs or other pests, every month. However, it is impossible to prevent their encroaching into the condo occasionally, hence this is the Palmetto state. If this happens, you must promptly notify the owner if it becomes necessary to have them removed.
Notification at the end of or after a stay will be considered to have been an insufficient issue to the guest to attempt mitigation and will therefore be considered closed with no further action being taken.

Host was thorough and gave us all the info we needed in advance. Weather was terrible while we were there, but the resort offers indoor and heated outdoor pool options. Enjoyed being close to restaurants and activities too.

The property is a well used property. Two of four elevators in our building were not working. While it was generally clean, the building condition indicates considerable use and could use a freshening of paint and improvement of its general condition. Our room was acceptably clean but was well used. The microwave had rust on the inside. The appliances in the kitchen were on the older side and of the least expensive type. All of the kitchen supplies silver wear, pots, dishes were of the least expensive type and were well used. Bedding was acceptable but pillows were very thin. Towels and wash clothes were of the cheapest type. Clearly this is a rental property and is maintained about as well as any comparable 3-4 star hotel accommodation. We did not receive any communication on the check in process and had to contact the property manager during check in to obtain entry codes. She was ultimately very helpful and accommodating.
