The space
Sunnyside Villa is Unit B in this charming duplex. In the spacious family room, guests will enjoy a 65" Smart TV (Netflix and Prime included), queen sleeper sofa, welcoming dining area, and desk for remote working. For an evening of family fun, there is an entertainment cabinet stocked with games, puzzles, books, and playing cards. The fully-equipped kitchen and convenient coffee bar have everything you need to create delicious meals. The front bedroom features a king bed with luxury linens, a Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a king bed with luxury linens and another full bathroom adjacent to the room. A convenient utility area with a washer/dryer, iron & ironing board is ready for use. Multiple sources of mood lighting will help to create the most desirable atmosphere: lighted mirrors and nightstands, colorful lights under the kitchen cabinets, dimmable track lights, 3-way bulbs in table lamps and night lights in all rooms. Additional features include multi-plug/USB charging ports in every room for rapid and simultaneous charging, modern ceiling fans, & plenty of storage space for clothing & luggage.
