Nestled in a highly convenient setting, our property offers a unique experience, right next to the multimillion-dollar mansions in Belleair. Here's what you can expect from your stay:

The house features three bedrooms on the first floor with 2 king size beds, 1 bunkbed twin over full and a twin sofa bed available, making it ideal for guests with mobility challenges who prefer not to navigate stairs.

We've creatively designated the loft as a bedroom to accommodate a king-size bed. The loft, our personal favorite, boasts a closet and overlooks the largest bedroom with one of the king-size beds available in the property. It also has private access to the top deck, offering a unique and cozy atmosphere.

Inside the house, you'll find Purple 3 and 4 Mattresses available for your comfort. We kindly ask that you refrain from eating on the beds.

To enhance your beach experience, we provide beach towels, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs for your convenience.

Families with small children will find small kids dinnerware, high chair, foldable crib, play pen and baby monitor to make your stay hassle-free.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware you need, ensuring you can prepare your favorite meals.

Working from home guests!, we got you!, there are a total of 4 desks with comfortable desk chairs just waiting for you!

Please note that our home is adjacent to three condos on stilts, with our unit being the only one at ground level, eliminating the need for stairs to access the main living area (unless you plan on using the loft). Our home is distinctive because it was the original structure on this lot and truly feels like a warm and welcoming home.

While our home isn't directly connected to the beach deck, it shares the same property. To access the beach deck, simply take a 30-second stroll through the common areas under the stilts. Our deck is located on the far right when facing the beach, closest to the neighboring beachfront mansion. There are two decks side by side, and ours is the lower-level deck, offering a truly unique and unparalleled experience.

We kindly request that guests refrain from grilling, vaping, or smoking within the house or any of the condominium areas. The same rules apply within a 10-foot radius around the building and in all common areas.

Regrettably, pets are not allowed due to condominium association rules.

We cherish our home and frequently spend time here. As a result, you may find that the garage and the main closet are locked during your stay.

For your safety and security, please be aware that the condominium association has installed cameras in most of the common areas, including the upstairs deck, stairs, and driveways. These cameras continuously record footage to ensure the safety of both owners and guests.

Late Checkout Policy
A fee of $50.00 will be applied for checkouts occurring past the designated time without prior approval. Should guests fail to vacate the property within one hour of the scheduled checkout time without prior consent, an additional fee equivalent to one night's stay will be assessed. Furthermore, the guest will be held financially responsible for any alternative accommodations necessary for the incoming reservation.

Booking Age Requirement
The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 24 years of age and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. A valid government-issued photo identification is required and must be presented to the host upon request.
