Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. Booking process was simple from start to finish.The room was tiny but you get what you paid for.The biggest dislike was only one basin in the bathroom where if you had to wash your clothes , get your drinking water and brush you teeth all from the same faucet. Fridge needs a freezer compartment (not the end of world) The apartment we stayed in was a 2 bedroom and has been split into 2 apartments , hence only 1faucet. Location is great . Overall ok for the price we paid.

Studio had great covered balcony which acted like a living room. The resort had 3 pools and there was always enough beds to relax and chill with pool bar on hand for food and drinks.
