This unit has been priced to allow a high-quality option for people who are home buying/moving/temporary work that needs flexibility and convenience! All you need to bring is your clothes, we provide the rest. If there's something additional you need, please don't hesitate to ask us, and we will do our best to provide it. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Guest access
You will have the entire unit to yourself. Free Driveway Parking (fits 2 cars) for convenient access. There is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer next to your unit (with one other single-tenant unit). There are a total of 3 single-tenant units on the property.
Our Midterm Rental Pet Policy
We understand that pets are an integral part of your family, and we are pleased to offer a pet-friendly accommodation option for your stay. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review our pet policy below.
Pet Fee:
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet for your stay.
Important Guidelines:
Advance Notice: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring any pets with you during your stay. This allows us to prepare the accommodation appropriately and ensure a seamless check-in process.
Maximum Number of Pets: We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation. If you have more than two pets, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Pet Behavior: While we warmly welcome pets, we kindly ask that you ensure they are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
Cleaning Responsibilities: Please maintain a clean and tidy environment for your pet. If your pet leaves behind excessive mess or damage, additional charges may apply.
Leash and Supervision: For the safety of your pet and other guests, please keep your pet on a leash in common areas and supervise them at all times.
Pet Waste: Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Furniture and Bedding: To prevent potential damage, we request that you do not allow your pets on furniture or bedding. If necessary, use pet-friendly covers or bring your own.
Damages: Any damages caused by your pet(s) will be assessed, and repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit or charged separately.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages caused by pets. The amount will be specified in your booking details.

I travel extensively for work (approx. 80% of the year). This stay is in my top 5 overall best VRBO stays and absolutely #1 for best VRBO stay for my service dog. The room was beautiful, clean, and functional. When I first arrived the host was there to greet me, as well as my "neighbors". All of whom had dogs. The property has an amazing yard and once all the dogs met, they immediately began to play. This is not typical when getting a VRBO. It is very rare to find not only a host who is a dog lover but to be pleasantly surprised to be greeted by amazing people and their dogs. The unit is located in this little oasis that you wouldn't even know was there from the street. I was also amazed at how quiet and peaceful it was. My service dog had the best time. And it was such a relief to have space to know that he was safe and had other dogs to socialize with and play with. If you are traveling with a dog this absolutely the perfect place for you. Even if you are not, it is still in my top 5 because of the cleanliness, convenient location, functionality and aesthetic of the space, the kindness and awesome communication from the host. No issues with parking, it was quiet, it was clean, stellar wifi, super comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and decor, and the onsite laundry was amazing. And yes the 24hr diner is amazing (they have everything not just Greek food)- 24 hr breakfast,yes please!! 5-stars, would recommend, will be re-booking with host in the future.
