About this house rental
This is a brand new town house just build and closed on 11/27/19.
It’s 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath,
Every item in this home has just been purchased new from the store, and never been used by anyone. Not even ourselves have had a chance to enjoy it much since we live in Miami, and haven’t been there often enough. It is well decorated and amazingly clean, and organized.
It’s two floors, and the bedrooms upstairs making it very quiet when ready to go to sleep.

We made so many lifelong memories in this beautiful home. Rose is absolutely incredible — her hospitality, communication, and kindness were truly top-notch. She is an absolute gem! The home itself was gorgeous and sparkling clean, with such a warm and inviting feel. We definitely were not ready to leave!We are so appreciative of Rose for the amazing opportunity to stay in her home. We will absolutely return and will never forget the warm welcome and kindness that she extended to our family. Thank you so much Rose! You are the BEST!!

Very nice, as described and the location to all the major parks is a plus. The private gated community is also a nice perk. All in all very nice and would book it again if we were to return.
