About this country house rental
Our recently renovated, warm and inviting 3-4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom cottage is nestled within the rolling hills of Cowra, NSW. Situated on a picturesque cattle property, this unique retreat offers an authentic country experience just 8kms from town. With its rustic charm and tranquil surroundings, it is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Explore the historic town of Cowra, visit the Japanese Garden, or discover the region's wineries, embark on local bike rides, or simply stroll along the property.
The space
The Cottage contains 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The 4th Bedroom is located in the Studio within the garden. All bedrooms within the house have Ceiling fans and heaters.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including full sized fridge, and there is a BBQ on the Verandah.
The Living Room is equipped with a Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner and a Pot Belly Fireplace. Wood is supplied and the fire will be set for winter guests. Please send us a message if you would like us to light the fire prior to your arrival.
We are pet friendly. If you are bringing your pet, please let us know at the time of booking. Our garden is fully fenced.
There is a full sized laundry for your convenience.

Please feel free to wander along the farm roads and lane ways. Sheds and other Farm buildings should not be entered.
Other things to note
Please be aware our property is a working cattle station. Your safety is our main concern, so dogs and children must be supervised at all times as there are many hazards on the farm such as dams, creeks, electric fences, machinery, chemicals and livestock.

We couldn’t fault this property. It felt like home the moment you walked through the door. This was said by all 6 guests.
Pip was a fabulous host and there were lots of extra treats included in our stay.
The house was amazing and the property divine. Everything about this stay was amazing, including being close to the cattle on the property.
This was literally a home away from home.
We would highly recommend this property to everyone.
Truly a delightful and relaxing place to stay.
Don’t hesitate to book it.

Stay at this place was very peaceful. We loved the view and it was so pleasing to eyes. We could see cow grazing and it looked like a photograph. Amazed by all the kitchen materials and utensils that owner has in place. Also very impressed by the details of decoration. The place was above our expectation. thank you Phillipa. We want to come back again someday.
