1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.

The neighborhood is so cute! We really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was equipped with all cooking necessities. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for our stay. We loved the pool and beach access!

We had a wonderful stay here! Our second stay with this host. They are very informative and easy to get in touch with. The property is exactly as pictured online very clean and a great layout for big families. We also used the included bikes which was a wonderful plus for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 8 nights in May of 2025. The house was fantastic and just as good as advertised. Every room has a balcony, and it became a game to see which balcony we could have coffee on each morning. I loved the very private backyard, and the pool is much closer than you would think. Also, I would note that the bikes are managed by a third party which means they're in tip top shape. We will likely try to return to this very home next year.

This house and community is spectacular and has everything you need for an enjoyable beach retreat! The house itself is amazing with 3 stories, multiple balconies, spacious rooms and every possible amenity. The community is also top shelf — from one of the best resort style pools we have ever seen to the private beach to the shops and restaurants within walking distance, Seacrest Beach truly has it all! Even a convenient shuttle that will take you anywhere — we never had to wait more than 3 minutes and, get this, the drivers were actually friendly, competent, and helpful. Our family goes on at least 2 big vacations every year and we all agreed this was probably the best end to end experience we’ve ever had. We definitely plan to return to Seacrest Beach, possibly making it an annual trip. We would definitely stay at this beautiful and comfortable home again!
