This cuddly, cozy holiday apartment on the top floor with approx. 82m² (with elevator) in the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.
A large living room with an open kitchen, fireplace, sofa bed and a balcony facing the harbor await you!
Two spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious bathroom with sauna and a guest toilet allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
There is a parking space at the house.
A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.
In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.
WiFi is available free of charge.
Non-smoking apartment! Pets not allowed!
Minimum rental period 3 nights!
Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

Vom ersten Moment an sehr Wohlgefühlt. Da das Wetter leider nicht so mitgespielt hat, so war die Sauna doch eine schöne Abwechslung.
Es war mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Besuch auf der Insel Poel

und hat Pool-Position.
Kritik : was eigentlich nur ein Hinweis sein soll :
der hochwertige Eichenholz-Esstisch verdiente einmal
eine Behandlung mit einem Holzpflegemittel
