We just stayed in this property for 7 days with 4 adults and 5 junior high to high school kids. The space was perfect for all of us. We found everything to be very comfortable and well-stocked. The beds and linens were perfect, we appreciated the decor and fully stocked kitchen. We used the grill 3 times and had everything we needed to serve full family meals. Everything was updated in this unit and the golf cart was very nice. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The villa is in a perfect location, close to everything, and the home is stocked with everything you need for an amazing vacation. This was our first time staying at the resort and we will be back. The golf cart is a must and makes for such a great experience. We took it everywhere. We loved fishing right from the back of the villa.Truly a wonderful experience.... Book today!

The location is amazing! We love to drive the golf cart to the beach, shops, restaurants and the village of Baytown wharf. The house has a beautiful view of the lake. The bad part about the house was that had bugs, we killed 3 cockroaches and 2 black bugs. The attic door doesn’t close all the way so we think that’s why bugs coming to the house and the master room is extra hot, even with the fan on. The fan in the living room doesn’t work. I just hope you can fix that because the rest is wonderful!

Condo was lovely but the Golf cart was in for repairs for the first two days then once returned we weren't able to drive over a mile without the cart's brakes locking up. No designated parking. Was told after arrival it was a first come first serve basis and had to park away from condo and walk. Was told we would be reimburse every day the golf cart was unavailable but haven't seen that as of yet.
