Monique and Michelle was so awesome from booking, to check in and even checking out. Monique kept consisted communication.I enjoyed her property this is a very nice, and cozy home. I will most likely book with her again!I appreciate the hospitality and the ladies kindness, especially after having a rough few days. I highly recommend this listing property!Great location, safe gated neighborhood. It's right on the hip strip, super close to the airport, also close to everything, the beach, restaurants, night clubs, and stores. Exactly as stated in the description. I highly reccommend to all travlers!

The owner was very helpful throughout the whole stay, even though I probably bugged her way too often she was prompt to answer all questions. Even though the strip has changed so much since I was last there she was so helpful pointing useful tips and points of interest. 10 out of 10 look forward to the next stay.

Monique was amazing and her home was very comfortable! This is where I’ll be staying everytime I come to visit. Her neighbors are even amazing. I felt extremely safe!

I loved being able to walk to Sunset Beach which is just outside the gate. The shoreline is only about 100 feet long but it does the trick. For a larger beach you may visit Doctor Caves Beach which is about a 9 minute walk and cost 7. The coconut vendor is just outside the gate to the right so I had fresh coconut water and jelly daily. Be sure to pack mosquito repellent. Margaritaville, Pelican Grill, Pier 1 on the Beach, Wings N Tings are just a few waterfront/view restaurants to visit for the local fare. This location gives you the local experience not a resort experience. I loved it and would stay again! Book now! The hosts are amazing!!!
