About this house rental

Mountain modern and luxury living, 485 Windrift Lane is a professionally decorated and remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in an ideal location tucked away from the Main Street crowds and resort traffic but still so close to it all!

An open main level great room offers an inviting living room with ample sectional seating and club chairs facing the floor to ceiling stone fireplace and large flatscreen HDTV with DVR. Beautiful mountain views of both ski resorts can be seen throughout, and the adjacent dining area provides a large dining table for 8 guests. A sliding glass door from the main level accesses a private covered patio with dining table for 4, rocking gliders, and a Gas BBQ Grill.

A fully stocked kitchen enjoys stainless steel appliances with a gas range and kitchen counter with 3 barstools. The entryway / mudroom area provides plenty of hooks, shelves, bins and a bench. A large laundry room near the kitchen offers full size washer and dryer and extra storage space.

Down the hall is a large king bedroom suite with two closets, a private bathroom including a large slate shower with bench, and separate toilet room, HDTV/DVR, and a sliding glass door out to a private patio with seating near a delightful mountain stream. Next door is a Queen bedroom with large closet, HDTV/DVR, and sliding glass door to the same private back patio. A full bathroom is located along the same hallway with large Jacuzzi Tub, shower, toilet, and spacious vanity.

Townhome comfortably sleeps 6 in beds with the Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room sectional. A twin inflatable bed with linens is also available upon request.

Whether you have a car or are riding the bus, guests can easily get to your destination. 485 Windrift Lane is situated only 300 feet from a Park City Bus Stop (Saddleview Way Stop). The free Park City Bus System will take you wherever you want to go in and around Park City: Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain, Deer Valley Resort, Kimball Junction, North of Main, the Tanger Outlets or the Utah Olympic Park. For routes and trip planning, download the “myStop” app on your mobile device.

During the summer, guests have access to the lovely community pool right which is open from late June through early September and tennis courts directly across the street.

HOUSE RULES

Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.

No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 6 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.

Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.

No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.

No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.

Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

Stayed at the condo for a Park City ski trip...Host very accommodating and provided good information...the condo was well stocked... beds comfortable... everything worked... the Park City bus stops were 3 minutes away, didn't need our car to ski...I would definitely stay here again
