This is a three bedroom apartment very well located in the seventh floor of a building that is just one block away from the main square of the city of Cuenca. Therefore, you have access to everything, touristic places and landmarks, restaurants, shopping places, etc. Plus, enjoy the best view of the city. It is fully furnished, with wi-fi and tv cable. Only 4 small things for us. 1 shower is small , 2 bathroom faucet water is only cold, 3 needs darkening curtains & maybe a small TV in the rooms. Other than that it welcomes you home. Everyone has space & plenty of seating, hot water showers, kitchen well equipped, bedding very comfortable, plenty of blankets

Excellent place to stay with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom (sink and toilet). Large living room and kitchen. And a washer and DRYER (a rarity in Ecuador!). Terrific location! Check-in was excellent, and the host was super awesome and flexible about checking us in early and meeting us there. My only complaint (and it’s not about the place) is that, while we were staying there, the host told me he would get back to me with a time-sensitive answer to an important question, and he stopped responding to my messages for two days. He later apologized and said that he didn’t receive my messages (which might be true, I guess). Anyway, still totally worth staying at this place, and I would 100% recommend it.

Pros: Staying in the historic city center is the best, but you must be able to tolerate the constant sounds of celebration that we experienced during the holidays. We enjoyed it. Hosts were always available when there were questions. The doorman was always very pleasant. Access to weekly cleaning was a plus as was access to a washer and dryer. The apartment was secure, spacious and well appointed. Lots of storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances were new. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were great. Potential concerns: the drains in the bathrooms were smelly. We compensated for this by keeping the doors closed. The 1/2 bath has the stool configured in such a way as to make its use a challenge. Living in the city center is not convenient for taxi use if you want to get out of the center, but our proximity to the tranvía, especially to get to and from the airport, was great.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
