Guest Access:
Guests have access to the unit, parking, a large fenced-in backyard, in-unit washer and dryer and high-speed Wifi. In addition, guests will have access to top of the line beach gear
The Neighborhood:
The unit is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood of Bonita Springs, roughly a mile away from downtown Bonita Springs and 4 miles away from Bonita Beach.
Downtown Bonita Springs offer plenty of options for dining, shopping, parks, canoeing on the Imperial River, and a full calendar of special events.
Getting Around:
Car is recommended to get around.
Other Things to Note:
Gusts must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The rental agreement contains guidelines for guest stays including check in and check out, payment terms, damage to the premises, as well as a liability waiver in which guests are required to sign.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Clean, conveniently located, and comfortable beds. Pictures accurately show what you can expect. Kitchen is adequately stocked for basic meal prep and host is easy to reach if needed.

Property as described. Neighborhood nice and quiet, neighbors respectful of common areas, clean. Minimal bedding (exactly 4 pillows and 2 comforters ); no extras, so just bring with if you need more and exactly 4 sets of dishes and utensils. Not a game changer if expected and planned for. 1 kitchen cabinet needs repair and kitchen and tub faucets, as well as the dishwasher not installed properly. Location ideal for the price; beach and charming downtown area (old 41) under 10 minutes. Also, Old 41 is a very walkable distance. We enjoyed our away and were comfortable.

I thought back yard is private and cleaner. Kitchen gadgets need to be replaced, no plastic. There are old and overused. Bedding needs to be replaced, also towels! I want to make a coffee, but there is no coffee filter?? Have to go to the store to get some … Also I only get just one trash bag for four day stay?
