Nestled in the tranquil gated community of Leeward, on the heels of the Grace Bay and the Grace Bay Beach, regularly ranked as the “The Best Beach in the World!”. The upscale Leeward community is within a 5-8 minute drive to the Grace Bay shopping and restaurant district, with over two dozen businesses, including a large grocery store and bank.
Our villa is newly refurbished and tastefully furnished offering luxury at an affordable price. Three (3) bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with a full kitchen, Quartz counter-tops, Moen fixtures, air-conditioning in living area and in all bedrooms, Hunter ceiling fans throughout, Samsung and Cuisinart appliances, screen and unscreened outdoor terrace, outside grill, plunge pool and daily maid service.
The Villa has beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for your day at the beach. Other amenities include hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, TV with cable TV and Netflix, air conditioning, Bluetooth home stereo, pool side dinning table and chairs, chaise lounge chairs, private driveway. Please note this Villa is government registered. A 12% government tax is included in your nightly rate.

Property was exactly as expected - good value and good for family with kids. Property manager very flexible and accommodating on the schedule (check in, out and cleanings). Daily cleanings a plus! Nice location to a small beach, walking distance.

We loved our stay! First time to Turks and Caicos and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed staying in the Leeward Settlement area very much. Beautiful community! A rental car is a must.
Home was perfect for our family of four. We used the dipping pool every evening. Home has everything you need including pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and 4 great bikes. Kitchen has everything you would need for meal preparation at the home. We ate out every night much to the dismay of our credit cards! Very expensive but in the end, worth every penny!
Highly recommend this property!

I kept testing positive so I let my 3 50 year old children enjoy the house and they reported back that screens were torn and house was generally in disrepair
