This newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a Houseman-style building sleeps four people comfortably, but can accommodate 6 using the sofa bed in the living room. However, we think 6 is a squeeze.
All bed linen and towels are provided with your reservation.
The tastefully decorated master bedroom has a 140x200 double bed and ample storage space.
The second separate bedroom has 90 x 190 bunk beds with under-bed storage.
The living area has ample seating for 6 and a sofa bed.
There is a laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer.
The living room features a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave, dining table that seats 6, ample seating, sofa bed, HD Smart TV (access to Netflix, etc) and free Wi-Fi.
Free off-street parking is available in the apartment's private garage behind the building, accessed from Passage des Charmes.
• 2 closed caves store up to 5 bicycles, skis and boots or hiking equipment.
You will be close to all the amenities that Luchon offers in this comfortable and central apartment. The Luchon park and thermal baths are across the street, the gondola is 500 m from the front door and restaurants, shops and cinemas are just 3 minutes away on Allée D'Etigny (Luchon's main street). If you are looking for a holiday full of activities, Luchon also has a lot to offer you! It is the perfect place for skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, golf, tennis and horseback riding, to name a few.

This is a wonderful little apartment. Deborah an Ian are great hosts with excellent restaurant recommendations. The apartment is within walking distance to everything. My only wish is that the weather was a bit warmer! Thank you!
